Goal | Introduction of the new group while gathering topic ideas for the next three to six months.

The Benefits and Compensation Special Interest Group is here to promote ideas, networking and foster relationships with industry peers in the Seattle area. Our local environment provides an amazing landscape for innovation with a plethora of innovative technology and biotech companies. We have an opportunity as Total Rewards leaders in this city to lead innovation not only here, but across the country, via the scope and scale of the organizations we collectively champion programs through.

It is my goal as your Benefits and Comp SIG leader to foster an environment inclusive of ideas sharing, problem solving and collaboration. So much of our time as leaders are spent working through daily tasks and challenges we encounter and that makes it difficult to find time to strategically plan and innovate. Through this group we can learn from each other’s wins and opportunities, identify vendors and products with excellent results and feedback, and forecast out new challenges to review in the months ahead. The collective strength of our group is the experiences shared, will enable us to all climb higher and achieve more in our roles.
