Join us for an informative presentation about creating Apprenticeship programs, successful hiring, employer benefits, and how to gain support for your program here in Washington.

 

Rachel McAloon is the Apprenticeship Outreach & Education Specialist with the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I). Rachel is currently operating under a federal Department of Labor grant to expand and grow apprenticeship to new employers in Washington State. She has a background in management and believes strongly in the importance of communication and teamwork. Rachel is actively involved in Washington State’s Combined Fund Drive, she won Local Coordinator of the Year in 2015 for her volunteer work with L&I.

*Students must be enrolled in the equivalent of 6 credit hours (minimum) per term in a degree seeking program including coursework related to Human Resource Management.

 

Refund Policy: We will gladly issue refunds for event registrations that are canceled before the registration deadline. Because we need to make venue arrangements and order meals in advance, we are unable to refund registration fees after the deadline. No-shows who have registered but not paid in advance will be billed. Substitutions are always welcome. Please request your substitute to inform the registration desk that they are attending in your place.
