Effective change management is a key part of organizational initiatives and projects, proven to increase the probability of achieving intended outcomes and realizing success. 

 

Join us, as Suzanne provides us with a deeper understanding of change management. She will review the phases of change management, outline what's involved in an effective change plan, and share techniques we can apply in our organizations. Effective change management not only drives success, but it cultivates an engaged organization culture.  

   

Suzanne Weller is a dynamic executive with 20 years of experience scaling businesses in the entertainment and digital space, regarded for her ability to build high performing culture and drive customer success. She thrives on connecting and collaborating with people, and the opportunity to ignite positive change. Her areas of expertise include change management, growing and incentivizing teams, coaching, training, employee engagement, written and verbal communications, business development, strategic and account planning, and negotiations.  

 

At Getty Images, her work focused on stakeholder engagement, communications, learning/development, and adoption solutions for customer relationship management, sales enablement, and customer success tools. She provided strategic consultation to the executive and senior leadership teams, leading key initiatives in support of the organization's sales efficiency and efficacy objectives.

*Students must be enrolled in the equivalent of 6 credit hours (minimum) per term in a degree seeking program including coursework related to Human Resource Management.

 

Refund Policy: We will gladly issue refunds for event registrations that are canceled before the registration deadline. Because we need to make venue arrangements and order meals in advance, we are unable to refund registration fees after the deadline. No-shows who have registered but not paid in advance will be billed. Substitutions are always welcome. Please request your substitute to inform the registration desk that they are attending in your place.
