Coaching in Organizations SIG

Networking and valuable education come together in our Special Interest Group!  Developing leadership is Smart Business.  Using case studies, guest speakers, and group discussion our group offers human resource leaders information about creating a coaching initiative, and ideas for developing the components of organizational coaching utilizing both internal and external coaches, including the HR professional’s role as internal coach.  Developing the leadership capability of future and current leadership helps build organizational capacity for adaptive change improves efficiency in times of diminishing resources and develops capabilities for working collaboratively, while fostering a culture that supports intra-organizational relationships. All meetings are pre-approved for 1 HRCI Credit & 1 SHRM PDC.
