 May 19, 2011 Evaluation Results  - Wage and Hour Issues - Independent Contractors, Classifications, Volunteers and other HR Hazards?

In May, Brian Keeley and Pam Salgado of Bullivant, Houser, Bailey were our guest speakers.   We had 84 attendees, 25 of which filled out our evaluation.  Here are those results:

  • 100%   collectively 'agreed' or 'strongly agreed' the content was useful
  •  
    88% collectively 'agreed'  or 'strongly agreed' the information was provided in an engaging manner
  •  
    100% collectively rated the program as 'good', 'very good' or 'excellent' 
  • We included questions about the food at the WAC - Did you like the breakfast food choice - 97% said yes
  • Should we continue to have meetings at the WAC? - 96% said yes

April  21, 2011 Evaluation Results  - Coaching is Generative: Is your Organization Ready for the Winds of Change?

In April Janet Harvey of InviteCHANGE was our guest speaker.   We had 99 attendees, 39 of which filled out our evaluation.  Here are those results:

  • 87%   collectively 'agreed' or 'strongly agreed' the content was useful

  • 92% collectively 'agreed'  or 'strongly agreed' the information was provided in an engaging manner

  • 95% collectively rated the program as 'good', 'very good' or 'excellent'

March 17, 2011 Evaluation Results  - Compensation Tips for the New Normal

In March Catherine Dovey of Compensation Works  was our guest speaker.   We had 100 attendees, 44 of which filled out our evaluation.  Here are those results:
  • 93% collectively 'agreed' or 'strongly agreed' the program was useful
  • 100% collectively 'agreed'  or 'strongly agreed' the information was provided in an engaging manner
  • 100% collectively rated the program as 'good', 'very good' or 'excellent'

February 17, 2011 Evaluation Results  - Strategic Marketing Skills for HR Professionals

 
In February Paul Anderson of Prolango was our guest speaker and he presented the topic - Strategic Marketing Skills for HR Professionals.  Here's what attendees who filled out the online evaluations thought about the presentation:
  • 85.1% collectively 'agreed' or 'strongly agreed' the program was useful
  • 89.4% collectively 'agreed'  or 'strongly agreed' the information was provided in an engaging manner
  • 97.9% collectively rated the program as 'good', 'very good' or 'excellent'
